Subscription fees are payable:

Onboarding Fees

Implementation and onboarding fees are:

Non-Refundable Once Work Begins

Including:

• Platform configuration
• Data migration
• Training
• Customization
• Technical setup

Subscription Refunds

Bi-Annual Plans

No partial refunds.

Cancellation takes effect at the next billing cycle.

Annual Plans

Refund requests within 14 days of activation may be considered if:

• No onboarding has commenced
• No data migration has occurred
• Platform usage is minimal

Approved refunds may incur an administrative fee.

Custom Development

Any custom development work is:

• Non-refundable
• Governed by separate agreements
