UNILEARN TERMS OF SERVICE<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1. Introduction<\/h2>

Welcome to UniLearn OS (“UniLearn”), a cloud-based educational management platform operated by Foresite Technology Ltd. These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the UniLearn platform, website, applications, and associated services.<\/p>

By accessing or using UniLearn, you agree to be bound by these Terms.<\/p>

2. Definitions<\/h2>

Platform<\/strong>
The UniLearn software system and all related services.<\/p>

Institution<\/strong>
Any school, college, university, training center, church school, ministry, or educational organization subscribed to UniLearn.<\/p>

Authorized Users<\/strong>
Administrators, faculty, staff, students, parents, guardians, and any individuals granted access by an Institution.<\/p>

3. License Grant<\/h2>

UniLearn grants Institutions a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable subscription license to access and use the Platform during the active subscription period.<\/p>

Ownership of the software remains exclusively with Foresite Technology Ltd.<\/p>

4. Acceptable Use<\/h2>

Users may not:<\/p>

  • Share login credentials<\/li>
  • Attempt unauthorized access<\/li>
  • Upload malicious code<\/li>
  • Interfere with system operations<\/li>
  • Reverse engineer the software<\/li>
  • Resell or sublicense the platform<\/li>
  • Use UniLearn for unlawful purposes<\/li><\/ul>

    5. Data Ownership<\/h2>

    Institutions retain ownership of their:<\/p>

    • Student records<\/li>
    • Academic records<\/li>
    • Financial records<\/li>
    • Attendance records<\/li>
    • Uploaded content<\/li><\/ul>

      UniLearn does not claim ownership of institutional data.<\/p>

      6. Service Availability<\/h2>

      UniLearn aims for 99% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.<\/p>

      Maintenance windows may occur periodically.<\/p>

      7. Intellectual Property<\/h2>

      All software, source code, branding, logos, designs, documentation, and platform features remain the property of Foresite Technology Ltd.<\/p>

      8. Suspension and Termination<\/h2>

      UniLearn may suspend accounts for:<\/p>

      • Non-payment<\/li>
      • Security breaches<\/li>
      • Violation of Terms<\/li>
      • Fraudulent activity<\/li><\/ul>

        9. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>

        UniLearn’s liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Institution during the previous 12 months.<\/p>

        UniLearn shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.<\/p>

        10. Governing Law<\/h2>
